Kilmar is a loving father, husband, son, brother, union construction co-worker, and CASA member. He has been wrongfully disappeared and deported, torn from his family due to a shocking administrative error by the US government.

Kilmar is now being held with no contact with his family or lawyers in CECOT, a notorious Salvadoran mega-prison known for torture and human rights abuses.

"Kilmar is an excellent father. He has always been there for our three children and all of their needs. Two of them are on the autism spectrum (ages five and nine), and our third has epilepsy (age 10). Kilmar has been the main provider of our household and the love of my life for over seven years. Since our family has been separated, I have been devastated and confused. I lost my life partner, my children lost their father, and all of our family, neighbors, co-workers, and friends have been devastated due to this unjust family separation.” - said Jennifer, Kilmar's wife.

Jennifer and the three children are now struggling emotionally and financially in his absence.  Their youngest child has been having uncontrollable outbursts due to the distress of his father’s absence.  To comfort himself, he searches for Kilmar's work clothes just to smell them. His daughter suffers from stress seizures and has needed to carry emergency medicine.  Jennifer can't afford to take time off to care for her children. She is now their sole provider.

We're raising funds to support Kilmar’s family survive this unimaginable crisis. Your donation will help cover urgent living expenses and advocacy efforts to reunite Kilmar with his family.

ICE is already trying to justify their actions by falsely labeling Kilmar a gang member—without any real evidence. But that's not who Kilmar is. He’s a father, a husband, and a hardworking union member.

Please help us fight for justice and bring Kilmar home.

"To anybody that can hear my voice, help us by calling your legislators to bring awareness to my husband’s case and demand they do everything they can to bring Kilmar home and protect all immigrant families, who too can also be disappeared, in the blink of an eye, like my husband was.”

Thank you for standing with Kilmar and his family.
