The Layer Beneath is an artist-designed coloring book inspired by the figurative artwork of Chicago artist Karen Fike.
The Collector’s Edition transforms the book into a small collectible art object. Each cover is individually hand-embellished and signed by Karen, so no two editions are exactly alike.
Inside, you’ll find artwork created to invite your own interpretation through color while preserving the expressive figures, symbolism, and layered imagery found throughout Karen’s studio practice.
Collector’s Edition includes:
Hand-embellished cover
Signed by Karen Fike
Each cover individually hand-finished
Jewelry-grade Karen Fike Art logo bookmark
A standard, non-embellished edition of The Layer Beneath is also available through Amazon.
